Enjoy a Social

Just about every month we have a party. Come join us to talk food, taste food and meet others interested in bringing our cooperative to life. Normally these happen during the first week of each month - watch for next month's invitation.

Attend a Working Meeting

If you have the time and skills, then please attend our working meetings - normally held on Friday nights (except on weeks where we hold a Wednesday night social). The Founding Team is now mainly focused upon the membership drive effort.

Participate

We're reaching out to the community through (meetings, tabling, house parties, etc.) to explain our plan and to discuss what it will take to open our store. Read about these issues on this site, post comments to help us refine possible options then please reach back so that we can hear your voice in person.

Invest

For the price of a few bags of groceries ($300), you vote for a better connection to the sources of your food. You support a local business. You join a fun group that’s making a difference in our community.

Our initial goal is to have 500 members by the end of the year. Yes, it’s ambitious. But if we pull this off, we’ll set ourselves up for starting construction next summer.
